Michal Raus
Michal Raus started to work in the field of electrotechnology after his studies at Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Slovak Technical University. He has extensive theoretical and practical knowledge of electronics development and testing, design and development of circuit boards and component assembly. He joined Realtime Technologies SK in February 2014 as aglobal IPC standards trainer and auditor for electronic assembly protection from electrostatic charge. As a Technical Manager, he is in charge of development and production of IoT sensors, analysis of electronic assemblies, and rework in compliance with IPC standards. He won the 2nd place at European round of IPC Hand Soldering Competition in 2015.

Jiří Dostál
Jiří Dostál works at Realtime Technologies CZ since 2000. In his role as Technical Director, he is responsible for electrotechnical production management. He holds several Master IPC Instructor certificates and he is leading IPC certification courses since 2005.

Viorel Ghiguță
Viorel is an experienced electronics manufacturing trainer, with international background, having a demonstrated history of workingin the electrical and electronic manufacturing industry. He joined the Realtime Technologies Team on March 2017. His main responsibility is the development of the company's activity as Authorized IPC Training Center in Romania and neighboring countries.
